Administrators can access MVP One system-wide functionality to tailor the program to meet their organization’s goals.
Manage users, roles, approval chains, barcode devices, import wizard usage, report schedules, custom fields, etc.

Crafts, Skills & Shifts

Crafts are mandatory qualifications that are required by maintenance technicians and contractors to complete work orders.
Skills are considered additional qualifications that relevant personnel are recommended to have in order to perform work.
Shifts are daily and hourly time periods assigned to users designating when they’re available to perform work.

Four People Types

Maintenance belong to maintenance and facilities teams and have access relevant to their role.
Requestors are internal users who submit work requests, work orders, purchase requests, and see high level asset and work order information.
Contractors are individuals external to the company who need access relevant to their role.
Customers are external users who submit work requests, work orders, purchase requests, and see high level asset and work order information.

Role Manager

Use checkbox security to easily create roles to provide or limit access to MVP One modules.
Control field-level visibility to ensure the appropriate permission access as well as complete and accurate data.
Customize how users interact with different records across MVP One.
